Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate, located in Jamnagar. The Senior Associate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including preparing financial statements, performing audits, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial analysis, preparation of financial statements, and accounting operations
• Experience with audits, compliance procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for data evaluation and reporting
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools
• Experience in client management and professional service delivery is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, or CPA are advantageous
