HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist (Immediate Joiner – Pune)

We are a product-based IT company located in Pune, seeking a dynamic HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. We’re looking for someone with exceptional skills in identifying and recruiting top professionals, while also supporting our growing HR operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Source, identify, and attract top IT talent through job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals, and other innovative channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit for both technical and non-technical roles.
• Manage the complete hiring lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future organizational needs.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and initial integration into the team.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and workplace matters.
• Coordinate with benefits providers and manage enrollments, claims, and employee communications.
• Handle exit formalities and conduct exit interviews to gather valuable feedback.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive work culture.
• Participate in HR projects, policy development, and process improvement initiatives.
• Negotiate offers effectively and close candidates while maintaining strong relationships.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1–4 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and HR functions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
• Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring quality talent.
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices.
• Knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with great attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR/recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, HRMS, etc.).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in IT services or technology sector recruitment.
• Familiarity with technical roles, skills, and industry terminology.
• Experience with HR information systems and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
