Job Title: HR & Talent Acquisition Manager
Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan
Salary: ₹6 LPA – ₹12 LPA (based on experience and qualifications)
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in HR and Talent Acquisition

The Wellness Shop is a fast-growing D2C brand focused on clean beauty, wellness, and personal care products. We are committed to creating a healthy, inclusive, and growth-oriented work environment. As we expand, we are looking for a dynamic HR & Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and scale our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies across departments
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and define job roles
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and agencies
  • Conduct initial screening, interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process

HR Operations & Strategy:

  • Oversee HR policies, procedures, and compliance in line with labor laws
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and documentation
  • Develop performance management systems and appraisal processes
  • Implement training and development initiatives to support employee growth
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives

People Management:

  • Address employee grievances and manage conflict resolution
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and work on continuous improvement plans
  • Support leadership with workforce planning and organizational development

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in HR and recruitment
  • Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and managing end-to-end hiring
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus
