Role Overview:

HR & Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
end-to-end hiring process
from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing to final selection.
Coordinate with department heads to
identify manpower requirements
.
Write and publish for various roles.
Source candidates from job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and social media.
Schedule and conduct initial HR screenings.
Maintain a database of applicants and track hiring progress.
Handle onboarding formalities for new joiners.
Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records in Google Sheets.
Support basic HR functions such as appraisals, team engagement, and compliance coordination.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR preferred).
2–5 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of job portals and hiring tools.
Organized, proactive, and self-driven personality.
Comfortable with using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms).
Fluent in
English and Hindi
