  • We are Seeking a

    Sales Coordinator

    Support Sales Managers and Directors in

    managing proposals, BOQs, quotations, and presentations

    for clients like Subway, KFC, Apollo, Reliance, IRCTC.
  • Prepare

    sales documents

    (decks, RFP responses, tenders) with design/operations teams.
  • Schedule and coordinate

    client meetings, demos, and follow-ups.


Sales CRM/MIS dashboard

Track all opportunities, ensuring no follow-up or deadline is missed.

weekly/monthly reports


  • Work closely with

    Process Coordinator, Operations, and Finance

    to ensure accurate handover from sales → project execution.
  • Help streamline proposals so they move from “client request” → “BOQ/quotation” → “final sign-off” quickly.


Experience:


communication & writing skills


Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, MIS), PowerPoint, CRM tools.


Strong organizational skills – able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.


Detail-oriented with ability to chase deadlines across multiple departments.
