Your Mission As Regional Dealer Sales Head, you will lead East India’s dealer expansion and revenue growth, tapping into your IT channel experience and industry contacts. Key Responsibilities Dealer Network Growth: Build and expand dealer base across WB, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand & NE. Revenue Target: Achieve ₹10 to 16 Cr in channel sales within 12 months. IT Channel Expertise: Leverage deep relationships with IT hardware/distributor networks. End-to-End Execution: Drive recruitment, onboarding, training & performance of partners. Regional Coverage: 50–60% travel across East India for partner development & reviews. Ideal Profile 8+ years in IT channel sales, ideally in hardware, displays, or AV solutions. Strong network of dealers/distributors across East India. Proven success in dealer recruitment, enablement & revenue delivery. Business planning & partner P&L understanding. Fluent in regional market practices and cultural dynamics.
