Strong communication, organization, and client-facing experience, with a proven ability to manage end-to-end hiring and stakeholder engagement. Passion for leveraging AI tools in HR processes, including intelligent sourcing, chatbots, and analytics for improving efficiency and decision-making. Responsibilities: Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviews, and offer rollouts. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies. Track and report recruitment metrics to ensure efficiency and quality of hire. Manage client interactions, resolve HR-related issues, and provide timely updates. Build trust across internal and external stakeholders through consistent communication. Coordinate logistics for office visits: transport, catering, AV setup, visitor access, and safety protocols. Develop and manage agendas, confirm attendees, and ensure a professional on-site experience. Partner with Admin, Finance, and Business teams to support HR programs such as onboarding, performance reviews, and employee engagement. Evaluate and implement AI-enabled HR tools like smart sourcing, chatbots, and analytics dashboards to enhance decision-making and reduce manual effort. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related discipline 5+ years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or stakeholder management Hands-on experience with ATS/HRMS platforms and Microsoft Office tools Excellent communication skills with strong organizational and multitasking abilities Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles and cross-functional collaboration Interest in exploring AI technologies to optimize HR functions and improve user experience Show more Show less
