Job Description

As an HR Specialist at Relu Consultancy, you will be an integral part of our team, gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Handle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. - Maintain employee records, HR systems, and compliance documents. - Draft and implement HR policies and procedures. - Organize employee engagement, training, and development initiatives. - Address employee queries, grievances, and relations matters. - Provide HR reports and insights to the HR Manager. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following criteria: - At least 1 year experience in Human Resources. - Ability to interact effectively with candidates and team members. - Basic understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, screening & onboarding. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. - A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude with a keen interest in HR processes.
