You will be the HR Specialist at Datamark, Inc., supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks. Your role will involve managing employee relations, recruitment processes, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws to ensure smooth HR operations. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). - Strong understanding of HR processes including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits management. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Additionally, 2+ years of experience in HR or related administrative roles would be preferred. Soft skills such as excellent problem-solving abilities, interpersonal skills, and a strong sense of integrity are essential. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong time management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively. In this role, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, receive mentorship and guidance from experienced HR professionals, have the opportunity to build a professional network within the company, enjoy flexible working hours, and potentially secure future employment opportunities based on your performance.
