Relu Consultancy is looking for a Business Developer who can develop, implement, and execute strategic sales plans for the Company. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute your business development expertise to our organization while maintaining a work schedule that suits your needs.
Generate quality leads using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and other prospecting tools.
Manage and track prospects, interactions, and deal stages using CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Zoho.
Execute cold emails to engage potential clients and pitch company services effectively.
Draft compelling proposals and bids for platforms like Upwork and other freelance marketplaces.
Conduct thorough research to gather client data and identify decision-makers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients and project delivery.
Maintain accurate records of outreach and regularly report on progress and KPIs.
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, particularly in the IT or digital services sector.
Proficiency in Apollo, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, and LinkedIn lead generation.
Familiarity with freelance platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, etc.
Experience with data scraping or data fetching tools for lead gathering.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and follow-ups.
Strong negotiation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
