Job Description

Dear candidates, Please in the below details & JD

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 5-7 years

NP: Immediate Joiners only

Interview: 1st Virtual, 2nd Face to Face

Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Manage the
end-to-end employee lifecycle
, including recruitment,
onboarding, BGV, and offboarding.
Mass Onboarding
: Coordinate and execute mass onboarding sessions, ensuring all new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.
Proven experience in managing the
Hire to Retire
process and handling mass onboarding.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in HR systems such as
Workday (Mandate), Ariba, and ServiceNow (Good to have).
Knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) applications in HR processes.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in delivering orientation programs and employee training.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
