This role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of recruitment operations, maintaining compliance, and driving process improvements across the hiring lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of US hiring practices. Recruitment Admin lead will be responsible for performing day to day task as per the recruitment process guidelines: 1. Lead and mentor a team of recruitment administrators supporting US hiring operations. 2.Oversee interview scheduling, offer management, background checks, and onboarding coordination. 3. Ensure data accuracy and compliance within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). 4.Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR business partners to streamline administrative processes. 5.Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and SLAs to ensure operational efficiency. 6.Drive continuous improvement initiatives in recruitment workflows and documentation. 7.Ensure adherence to US labor laws, EEO guidelines, and internal compliance standards. 8.Manage vendor relationships related to background checks, job boards, and onboarding tools. 9.Provide training and support to new team members and stakeholders on recruitment systems and processes. 10.
