Job Description

As an HR Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, source, and hire talent for the organization. This role involves coordinating with hiring managers, identifying recruitment needs, creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: - Write and post job descriptions on job portals, social media, and company website. - Promote job openings through professional networks and other recruiting platforms. - Source candidates using databases, social media, employee referrals, job boards, and other methods. - Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. - Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates. - Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidate suitability. - Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels. - Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback. - Manage candidate follow-up, rejections, and offer letters. - Understand hiring needs and team dynamics. - Advise on job descriptions, interview processes, and selection criteria. - Assist in preparing job offers and negotiating employment terms. - Coordinate with HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process. - Maintain recruitment data and generate reports on hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire). - Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases. - Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize tasks. - Knowledge of sourcing techniques and current hiring trends. - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience recruiting for Manufacturing industries. - Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.,
