Position: HR Recruiter
Type: Contract (3 Months)
We are seeking passionate and result-oriented HR Recruiters on a contractual basis to support our growing hiring needs. The recruiters will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Understand the hiring requirements for various roles across departments.
Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic discussions, and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
Provide timely updates and feedback to stakeholders.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (job boards, Linkedin, Naukri, etc.).
Ability to handle volume hiring within strict timelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Contract Details:
Duration: 3 months (extendable based on performance & business needs).
