Position Overview

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for staff, engineers, and management roles across AIL locations. The role demands a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can partner with business leaders to understand manpower requirements, attract suitable talent, and deliver a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and define role specifications.
  • Source talent through job portals, social media, headhunting, employee referrals, and campus drives.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
  • Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/functional interviews.
    Drive employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and industry networking events.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, track key hiring metrics (TAT, cost per hire, quality of hire),
  • Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and statutory guidelines.
  • Support talent acquisition projects such as diversity hiring, process automation, and recruitment marketing.

Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
  • 3–7 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in the automotive/manufacturing sector).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions under tight timelines.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel/HRIS tools.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
