The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing key OEM accounts, driving business growth, and handling product marketing strategies specific to the automotive component industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key OEM customers (existing and new). Identify business opportunities and ensure revenue and profitability targets are met. Lead RFQ process, pricing strategy, negotiation, and order finalization with OEMs. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Production, SCM) for smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to formulate marketing strategies. Lead the product positioning and branding efforts specifically for starter motors and alternators. Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations to OEMs. Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints, warranty claims, and quality concerns. Collaborate with R&D and Application Engineering teams for new product development as per OEM requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations, standards, and technologies related to the automotive electrical systems market. Key Skills & Competencies: In-depth knowledge of starter motors, alternators, and related technologies. Strong OEM relationship management and B2B marketing skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Strong understanding of pricing models, cost analysis, and margin management.
