Complete Plant Operations management in Assembly line, Sewing line, Frame line and Foam plant. Preparing and ensuring the Plant Budget and meeting Plant profitability. TPS implementation Ensuring 100% ON TIME deliveries to the customer Ensure employee engagement, recognition and motivating to create Organization first culture ensuring a better workplace to work in. Interaction with customer to resolve their issues. Daily Production MIS with proper analysis of rejection and rework data Monthly MIS with proper analysis and action plans for company benefits Candidates should be from Seating production background. Ex-candidates of seating industry will be preferred.
