HR Recruitment Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and devise effective recruiting strategies
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidates and make hiring recommendations

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on Consulting or Placement agencies
• Demonstrated success in managing a high-volume recruitment process
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
