HR Recruitment Manager

Role Overview: You will play a crucial role in enhancing the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the work structure, supporting organization staff, preparing employees for assignments, ensuring planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results, implementing employee benefits programs, ensuring legal compliance, enforcing management guidelines, retaining historical human resource records, managing human resource staff, and contributing to team effort. Key Responsibilities: - Update job requirements and job descriptions for all positions - Establish recruiting, testing, and interviewing programs - Conduct orientation and training programs for employees - Train managers to coach and discipline employees - Implement employee benefits programs and inform employees of benefits - Monitor and implement applicable human resource federal and state requirements - Prepare, update, and recommend human resource policies and procedures - Design a filing and retrieval system for historical human resource records - Recruit, select, orient, and train human resource staff - Counsel and discipline employees to advance job results Qualifications Required: - Proven work experience in IT recruitment - Excellent presentation skills - Proven working experience as an HR manager within the IT industry - Knowledge in benefits administration, performance management, communication processes, compensation and wage structure, supporting diversity, classifying employees, employment law - MBA in HR About Us: As the world's most used provider of business credit reports, we have revolutionized the way business information is utilized with our commitment to delivering superior business data.
