Hr Recruitment Intern

We are a fast-growing SaaS-based product organization looking to onboard an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Intern. If youre passionate about recruitment, eager to learn, and want to work in a high-growth tech environment, this role is for you.

Role & responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and networking channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
• Maintain and update internal recruitment trackers and ATS
• Support employer branding efforts on social media and job boards
• Assist in backend activities whenever required

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation must be completed (current students are not eligible)
• Strong interest in HR and Talent Acquisition
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with job portals or ATS is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven setup
