Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment (HR) Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Resume Screening: Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
  • Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
  • Job Postings: Post job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms.
  • Database Management: Update internal employee databases with new information.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with preparing interview materials, sending job offers/rejections.
  • Employee Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events and career fairs.
  • Market Research: Gather salary information and industry trends.
  • Policy Assistance: Help update and maintain HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Education:

    Pursuing or recently completed a bachelors in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Skills:

    Strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently & in teams, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Technical Proficiency:

    Familiarity with HRIS software is a plus.
  • Proactive Attitude:

    Self-starter with initiative and willingness to learn.
  • Networking Abilities:

    Comfortable engaging with candidates and partners at events or outreach.
