Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Resume Screening:

    Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
  • Interview Coordination:

    Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Job Postings:

    Create and publish job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms.
  • Database Management:

    Maintain and update internal databases with candidate and employee information.
  • Administrative Support:

    Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing interview materials, offer letters, and rejection emails.
  • Employee Onboarding:

    Support onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Event Coordination:

    Help organize recruitment drives, career fairs, and internal HR events.
  • Market Research:

    Research industry trends and gather market salary data.
  • Policy Documentation:

    Assist in updating and maintaining company HR policies and SOPs.

Requirements:

  • Education:

    Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Preferred:

    • Familiarity with HRIS software
    • Proactive and eager to learn
    • Comfortable with outreach and networking
