Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and internal databases.
  
• Screening resumes to match candidate profiles with job requirements.
  
• Conducting telephonic discussions with candidates to assess their fitment.
  
• Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  
• Supporting in salary negotiation and offer discussions.
  
• Maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
