Key Responsibilities

• Assist in

  end-to-end recruitment processes

  , including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through various job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc.).
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  
• Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
  
• Support in drafting and posting for open positions.
• Assist in

  initial HR rounds

  and pre-screening calls.
• Collaborate with the HR team for onboarding formalities and documentation.
  
• Support in maintaining recruitment metrics and reports.
  
• Participate in HR initiatives and projects as assigned.
  

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed

  Bachelors / Master’s degree

  in HR, Management, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Good understanding of recruitment tools and social media platforms.
  
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.
