HR Recruiter - BPO Hiring || Day Shift|work from office|Take Home Upto 25k

Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for BPO/non-tech voice & non-voice roles
Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases
Screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews
Managing candidate follow-ups and ensuring offer-to-joining conversions
Maintaining daily/weekly recruitment reports
Coordinating with hiring managers for requirement updates
Meeting monthly joining targets consistently

Required Skills:

Experience in
BPO hiring
(voice/non-voice) mandatory
Prior experience working in a
consultancy/agency hiring model
Ability to achieve
68 joiners per month
Strong sourcing skills (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, references)
Excellent communication skills
Good understanding of bulk hiring, walk-ins & mass sourcing
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Basic Excel & reporting skills

Eligibility:

Minimum
1 year of experience
in BPO hiring/consultancy recruitment
Any graduate/undergraduate with required experience
