We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and high-energy HR Recruiter to join our HR team. You’ll play a critical role in building WINIT’s talent pipeline by sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent across technology and business functions.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for WINIT’s technical and non-technical roles.
• Source candidates through AI-powered platforms, job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates against role requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and teams.
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics, dashboards, and talent pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and refine role requirements.
• Use AI tools to analyze talent pools, benchmark candidates, and reduce time-to-hire.
• Stay updated on industry trends, AI advancements in recruitment, and best hiring practices.

• 1+ years of experience in HR recruitment.
• Excellent business communication skills — fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment skills.
• Confidence to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Comfortable working with high volumes of candidate outreach and interviews.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and driven by performance metrics.
• Familiarity with AI-powered recruitment tools.
• Knowledge of ATS/CRM tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Cutshort or similar) is a plus.
