Role Description

This is a full-time position for an HR Recruiter, based on-site in Madurai. The HR Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of roles. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, posting job openings, utilizing recruitment tools and platforms, and nurturing relationships with potential hires. The role also involves maintaining recruitment metrics, implementing innovative hiring strategies, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sourcing, Screening, and Candidate Relationship Management
• Proficiency in using Recruitment Platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Data-Driven Hiring Techniques
• Exceptional Communication, Interviewing, and Negotiation skills
• Ability to collaborate with hiring managers to understand and meet staffing requirements
• Knowledge of HR Compliance, Employment Laws, and Best Practices
• Organization and Time-Management skills to manage multiple open positions effectively
• Previous experience in IT and non-IT recruitment is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field
