Role & responsibilities We are looking for associates to join our research desk. The work will include data collection through phone (interviews and surveys). It also includes assisting in organizing interviews and other research-related administration by calling the required person, followed by entering the data into the system. They will be involved in organizing and maintaining the research database. Preferred candidate profile Essential skills required include familiarity with computers, software, and fluency in English. Work from Office - Monday to Saturday, Timings 9.30am to 6PM, office at Adyar, Chennai

Bid Management & Proposal Development: You will be responsible for managing the bid process efficiently, ensuring prompt responses and precise documentation in the MR system. Additionally, you will be tasked with crafting proposals in collaboration with operations and fieldwork teams, concentrating on feasibility, pricing benchmarks, and timelines. Your collaboration with the sales team will be essential in constructing competitive bids that resonate with client requirements and Krea's research capabilities. It will also be crucial to monitor bid outcomes and provide insights to the Head of Business Development for refining future strategies. Client & Account Management: As a Client Solutions Executive, you will be expected to establish and sustain robust client relationships, serving as a representative of Krea's healthcare research proficiency. Identifying growth opportunities within assigned accounts and engaging proactively with clients will be key aspects of your role. Managing client contracts with precision and adherence to project terms and representing Krea during client visits and industry events to enhance visibility are also core responsibilities. Sales & Revenue Growth: You will play a supportive role in aiding the sales team in achieving revenue, profitability, and growth objectives. Collaboration with internal teams to contribute to the overall business development goals, providing insights on pricing strategies, and obtaining necessary approvals for cost adjustments will be part of your duties.
