Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter based in Bengaluru. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various organizational roles, coordinating with hiring managers to define job descriptions, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process, maintaining candidate databases, and building talent pipelines. The recruiter will also handle posting job advertisements and following up on hiring processes to ensure timely onboarding of new hires.
Qualifications
Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Ability to develop job descriptions and coordinate recruitment processes with hiring managers
Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems and candidate database management
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines
Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in full-cycle recruiting, experience in talent acquisition is a plus
Timings: 10AM to 7PM
Exp: 0-1 Year
Qualification: Graduation or Post Graduation
Salary: 12-16k + Incentives
Location: Near M.G Road, Bangalore
