Job Overview:

As an HR Recruiter , you will assist the HR team in various administrative tasks and
support the implementation of HR policies and programs. This internship willprovide hands-on experience in HR operations, including recruitment,onboarding, employee record management, and other HR-related activities.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist with the recruitment
    process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.

  • Support the onboarding
    process for new employees, including preparing documents, organizing orientations, and coordinating with relevant departments.

  • Assist in managing employee
    records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Handle day-to-day HR administrative
    tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining HR databases.

  • Assist with payroll
    preparation by providing necessary documentation and supporting HR in processing employee benefits.

  • Help in organizing employee
    training, workshops, and team-building events.

  • Assist with employee queries
    related to HR policies, attendance, and other administrative concerns.

  • Coordinate and schedule
    meetings, interviews, and other HR-related events.

  • Help prepare HR reports and
    presentations as required.

  • Other ad hoc HR tasks and
    projects as assigned by the HR team.




Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Currently pursuing or
    recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in HR and
    administrative functions.

  • Excellent written and verbal
    communication skills.

  • Good organizational skills
    and attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft
    Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to maintain
    confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • A proactive and enthusiastic
    attitude with a willingness to learn.

  • Strong interpersonal skills
    and the ability to work well in a team environment.




Preferred Qualifications (Optional):


  • Previous internship or
    experience in an HR-related role is a plus.

  • Familiarity with HR software
    or tools is advantageous.
