HR Recruiter

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruiter on a 6-month contract to support end-to-end hiring for non-technical roles. You will work closely with hiring managers, understand role requirements, and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone starting their career in recruitment to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, people-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the End to End recruitment for non-tech positions, from understanding the job requirement to candidate onboarding.

Source candidates proactively using job portals, professional networks, social media platforms, and employee referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to assess candidate fit.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and feedback.

Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and pipeline reports.

Support employer branding efforts by representing the company positively to potential candidates.

Ensure an exceptional candidate experience, making the hiring process smooth, engaging, and transparent.

Collaborate with the HR team on offer roll-outs and pre-joining engagement.

Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness to continuously improve processes.

Requirements:

01 year of recruitment experience (internships or freelance hiring experience can be considered).

Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to multi-task and handle multiple open positions simultaneously.

Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), or MS Excel is a plus.

Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptability to changing priorities.

Immediate joiner preferred.

Contract Duration: 6 Months
