✅ Role of TAE at VFM HondaThe Talent Acquisition Executive (TAE) is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process—from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees. The TAE ensures that the right talent is hired efficiently and aligns with Honda's organizational values, productivity goals, and customer service standards. 📌 End-to-End Responsibilities of a TAE at VFM Honda1. Manpower Planning & RequisitionCoordinate with department heads to understand workforce needs. Raise and manage Manpower Requisition Forms (MRF). Get approval from HR Manager and General Manager. 2. Job Posting & SourcingDraft job descriptions with clear roles and qualifications. Post jobs on job portals (Naukri, Indeed), social media, and internal referrals. Source candidates through databases, consultants, walk-ins, and campus drives. 3. Screening & ShortlistingReview resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit. Maintain candidate database for future needs. 4. Interview CoordinationSchedule and coordinate interviews with department heads and HR. Manage interview logistics (slots, locations, panel availability). Collect feedback and communicate results to candidates. 5. Selection Process ManagementCoordinate with functional heads for final selection. Ensure fair, unbiased selection practices are followed. 6. Offer ManagementPrepare and issue offer letters or LOIs (Letters of Intent). Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining dates if necessary. Ensure all approvals are in place for the offer. 7. Pre-Joining FormalitiesCollect pre-employment documents (ID, education, experience, etc.). Organize medical checkups and background verification. 8. Onboarding & InductionCoordinate onboarding and Day 1 formalities. Conduct HR induction and company orientation. Handover new employees to respective departments. 9. Documentation & ComplianceMaintain employee records and recruitment MIS. Ensure all hiring is in line with Honda's policies and statutory guidelines. 10. Reporting & AnalysisTrack recruitment metrics: time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio.
