HR Recruiter (Female)

Package & Perks

Salary:
15,000 – 18,000 / month (based on interview performance)

Key Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates via job portals, social media, and internal databases
Conduct initial screening calls and schedule interviews
Maintain a polite, consistent, and professional candidate experience
Build and manage the candidate pipeline
Understand hiring manager requirements and support full recruitment cycles
Report on recruiting metrics and candidate status

Who You Are

Educational Background:
MBA or BBA (freshers highly preferred)
Experience (optional but welcome):

~5 months in an international voice process
or HR internship experience

Skills & Attributes:

Excellent spoken and written English; fluent communication
Strong conversational and explanation skills
Basic understanding of recruitment processes
Disciplined, consistent, and punctual
Sound-minded, polite, professional
