Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent to meet our business needs.

Responsibilities

Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and employee referrals
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Manage the hiring process from job posting to offer acceptance
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and ongoing relationship management
Provide support to hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process
Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to assess candidates skills and fit for the role
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
Familiarity with social media recruitment strategies
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
