to join our growing team. The role involves managing the complete recruitment life cycle from understanding client requirements to onboarding the best talent. Key Responsibilities

Understand client hiring needs and create accurate job descriptions.
Source potential candidates through various job portals, databases, and social media.
Screen resumes to match skills, experience, and suitability with job requirements.
Conduct telephonic interviews and shortlist qualified candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients.
Maintain candidate and client databases for smooth recruitment workflow.
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for different industry verticals.

Skills Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes (training will be provided).
Energetic, self-driven, and eager to learn HR operations.
