Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client requirements and job descriptions.
  • Source relevant resumes using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Screen candidates based on technical and non-technical parameters.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with clients and candidates.
  • Maintain daily submission reports and trackers.
  • Follow up with candidates till onboarding.

What You Will Learn

  • End-to-end recruitment process (Sourcing to Onboarding).
  • How to work directly with client HR teams.
  • IT hiring and technical skill understanding.
  • Professional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Tools like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, etc.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Good understanding of MS Excel and Internet research.
  • Passion to learn and grow in recruitment.
  • Graduation in any stream.
