Key Responsibilities

Understand client requirements and job descriptions.
Source relevant resumes using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
Screen candidates based on technical and non-technical parameters.
Coordinate interview schedules with clients and candidates.
Maintain daily submission reports and trackers.
Follow up with candidates till onboarding.

What You Will Learn

End-to-end recruitment process (Sourcing to Onboarding).
How to work directly with client HR teams.
IT hiring and technical skill understanding.
Professional communication and negotiation skills.
Tools like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, etc.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Good understanding of MS Excel and Internet research.
Passion to learn and grow in recruitment.
Graduation in any stream.
