Job Description

As an HR Recruiter with our company, your role will involve regular recruitment for various clients in the non-IT sector. You will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to meet the hiring needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates - Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline - Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences - Negotiating job offers and facilitating smooth onboarding processes - Meeting recruitment targets and deadlines set by the company Qualifications Required: - Graduate or MBA qualification is preferred - Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment - Excellent communication skills are a must - Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a target-oriented environment If you are a proactive individual with a passion for recruitment and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
