Job description
JD:
Responsible for hand-holding of the Customers from booking onwards till possession.
1 To handle complete documentation of the customers assigned.
2 To enhance companys image by maintaining good customer relations.
1 Follow-up with the customers for confirming closing of the sale.
2 Book Sales, update records, complete all the documentation related to sales.
3 Update the Flat availability chart after the closing of sales.
4 Plan the weekly Sales target with proper prospect planning and co-ordination with the
Head Sales.
5 Follow-up for the payments with the booked customers and achieve targets set for
recovery.
6 Co-ordinate with the customers for arranging the loan.
7 Attend to customer complaints. Receive and forward customer requirements like
changes, transfer and cancellation to HO.
8 To process the customer files after proper verification and review to the Accounts.
9 Maintain very good customer relations by keeping in touch with the customers.
10 Manage the Customers / walk-ins at the Exhibitions / Trade Fairs and at the site office,
whenever informed to do so.
11 To maintain the copies of all the records of sanctions such as BMC approved plans,
IOD, CC, ULC, NA etc of the project.
12 Prepare, submit and update daily/weekly/ monthly Reports.
