Roles and Responsibilities •

Develop and maintain strategic long term trusting relationships with high volume customers. Counsel students and parents about the courses conducted and help students choose the appropriate courses.

• Exceed targets for Sales, referralsin an Individual Contributor role.
• Interacting with customers (face to face) and educating them aboutthe courses offered
• Conversion of leads received through the calls or other marketing channels.
• Identifying references through the existing customer base to increasethe sales pipeline.

• Document and update CRM with daily activities required on GoogleForms

• Handle Objections and price negotiations to generate sales and revenue.
• Have excellent counselling skills and proven expertise in Academic Sales. Clarifying all doubts and queries related to courses, fees so on.and convert Enquiry into Admissions
• Responsible for guiding the prospective students and their parents about learning experience.

Requirements • Any degree/PG

• Possess sound knowledge and understanding of customers (Students/Parents).
• Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding business targets.

• Have Good Communication Skills in English and any 1 of 4 regioanl language (Kannada,/ Tamil

  / Telugu / Hindi ).

• Comfortable working for 6 days.
• B2C Sales experience. Experience
• 0.months to 5 Years experience in B2C.
• Fixed pay with monthly incentives based on sales performance.

Salary up to 45 k (42 k in hand) + Incentive.
