As a Receptionist Cum Accounts Executive at B2B Export Import Academy, located in Vashi, Navi Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in our growing Export company and logistics & Supply chain training academy. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing front desk operations by greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and maintaining records - Providing information about academy courses and procedures - Coordinating with staff and management for smooth daily operations - Supporting administrative tasks by preparing documentation and reporting - Handling routine accounting work including updating Excel sheets and accounting software - Assisting in monthly reports, MIS, and filing To excel in this role, you should have the following skills: - Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and MS Office - Good communication and etiquette for customer handling - Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills - Confidence, punctuality, and a polite attitude Qualifications required for this position: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce preferred - Experience in accounting, back office, or reception is desirable - Freshers with accounting and Excel knowledge are also encouraged to apply The job timing is from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
