Urgent opening for Admission Counsellor for leading Edtech Company. Min: Graduate Min 0.6 months in Counselling / Admission / Career Counselling Bangalore - Koramangala JD Roles and Responsibilities • Develop and maintain strategic long term trusting relationships with high volume customers. Counsel students and parents about the courses conducted and help students choose the appropriate courses. Exceed targets for Sales, referralsin an Individual Contributor role. Interacting with customers (face to face) and educating them aboutthe courses offered Conversion of leads received through the calls or other marketing channels. Identifying references through the existing customer base to increasethe sales pipeline. • Document and update CRM with daily activities required on GoogleForms Handle Objections and price negotiations to generate sales and revenue. Have excellent counselling skills and proven expertise in Academic Sales. Clarifying all doubts and queries related to courses, fees so on.and convert Enquiry into Admissions Responsible for guiding the prospective students and their parents about learning experience. Requirements • Any degree/PG Possess sound knowledge and understanding of customers (Students/Parents). Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding business targets. Have Good Communication Skills in English and any 1 of 4 regioanl language (Kannada,/ Tamil / Telugu / Hindi ). Comfortable working for 6 days. B2C Sales experience. Experience 0.months to 5 Years experience in B2C. Fixed pay with monthly incentives based on sales performance.
