HR Recruiter

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your role involves screening and interviewing potential candidates for contract roles, assessing their technical skills and experience according to the job description. You will be responsible for scheduling interviews with the technical lead and updating salary details with them. Negotiating salary and joining dates with selected candidates is also a key part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with the Engineering team to provide updates on joining dates and sites is crucial. Regular follow-ups until the contract employees join on site, updating information on their PPE kits, and facilitating salary account opening are also part of your duties. Additionally, you will oversee the onboarding process, conduct induction, and manage documentation for the candidates. Qualifications required for this role include: - MBA (HR) / MPM / BBA (HR) with 6 months - 1 year of experience - Willingness to work on a contract basis - Willingness to relocate to Pune or work from the Pune office - Strong communication skills in English - Ability to join within 15 days - Proficiency in MS Excel - Demonstrated learning eagerness and positive attitude If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide them so I can incorporate them into the final job description.,
