The role and responsibilities essentially include - As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a critical role in scaling our teams by managing the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering closely with hiring managers, and ensuring a world-class candidate experience. Responsibilities: - Partner with hiring managers and leadership to deeply understand hiring needs and team goals. - Build and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates across multiple channels. - Manage the full-cycle recruiting process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation. - Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on market trends, competitive intelligence, and best hiring practices. - Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout every touchpoint. - Maintain accurate data in our ATS and provide regular updates and reporting to leadership. - Contribute to employer branding initiatives and drive creative approaches to increase talent pipeline engagement. Qualifications: - 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - Proven success sourcing and closing talent across multiple departments (e.g., engineering, sales, marketing, operations). - Expertise in sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS systems, etc.). - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. - Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Ability to influence, coach, and advise hiring teams with confidence. - Commitment to providing a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience.
