Job Title: Driver & General Recruiter Department: Human Resources / Operations Reports To: Head – Operations & HR Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Recruiter who will be primarily responsible for recruiting drivers across various operational regions and supporting the hiring process for other internal roles. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining a healthy talent pipeline, connecting with job portals, generating leads, and preparing recruitment and operational reports to support decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Driver Recruitment: Source, screen, and onboard drivers through job portals, internal databases, and advertising campaigns. Manage incoming inquiries and leads from the website, job boards, referrals, and walk-ins. Build and maintain a region-wise driver database. Conduct telephonic interviews and coordinate field interviews where required. Ensure timely completion of documentation and background verification. Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment status reports. General Recruitment: Assist in hiring for other positions including operations, technical, and support staff. Coordinate with department heads to understand job requirements and timelines. Publish job openings on relevant portals and social media platforms. Follow up with shortlisted candidates through the entire recruitment cycle. Reporting & Coordination:Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to driver onboarding and hiring metrics. Coordinate with operations and HR teams to ensure deployment of recruited drivers in the right project. Submit daily/weekly operational updates on recruitment performance and challenges. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in logistics or blue-collar hiring. Proficiency in using job portals, Excel, and communication tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Preferred Skills: Experience in driver or field staff recruitment. Basic understanding of local languages. Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
