Job Description

Company: RN Cabs Location: Mumbai Vikhroli west Department: Human Resources Employment Type: Full-time We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to handle end-to-end recruitment activities and manage the overall staff salary process at RN Cabs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, onboarding employees, maintaining attendance records, and ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle – from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Prepare and post job descriptions across various platforms. Schedule and conduct interviews in coordination with department heads. Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management. Handle monthly salary preparation, including data compilation, deductions, and payout coordination. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.). Prepare HR-related reports and maintain employee files. Coordinate with accounts for final payroll disbursement and related documentation. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in recruitment and payroll handling (transport/logistics industry preferred). Good knowledge of MS Excel and payroll software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
