Personal Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to serve as an Office Assistant cum Personal Assistant. This dual-role position combines administrative support for office operations with personalized assistance to senior management, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning of both office and executive activities. Administrative Support: Manage office correspondence, including emails and phone calls; prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations. Scheduling & Calendar Management: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team. Office Organization: Maintain filing systems, manage office supplies, and ensure the office environment is organized and efficient. Visitor Reception: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming office atmosphere. Data Management: Handle data entry, maintain databases, and assist in preparing reports as required. Support: Provide one-on-one assistance to senior management, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Confidentiality Management: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
