The candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment , sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. Position Overview: Our company is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior management. The Personal Assistant will ensure smooth day-to-day operations by managing schedules, communication, and critical coordination tasks with a high level of confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Organize business travel, itineraries, accommodations, and logistics. Prepare reports, presentations, business correspondence, and MOM (Minutes of Meeting). Handle email, phone calls, and official communication on behalf of the executive. Maintain confidential records, documents, and office files. Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and follow-ups. Track executive expenses and assist with basic expense reporting. Conduct research and compile information as required. Liaise professionally with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external partners. Support day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks as assigned. Requirements: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a corporate environment. Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. Familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, calendar tools, and digital communication platforms. High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle priorities efficiently. Flexibility to work beyond regular office hours, when required. Qualifications: Minimum qualification: High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred). 2–3 years of relevant experience in administrative or executive support roles. Proficiency in English and Hindi (Gujarati preferred).
