URGENT OPENING FOR HR RECRUITER IN AN IT FIRM FOR THANE LOCATION Designation : HR Recruiter Experience : 6month to 1yrs Location: Thane Notice Period: Immediate joiner to 15 days Working Days : Monday To Friday. WORK FROM OFFICE Interview Process : 1 round Required Skills : Knowledge on Job Portals and strong communication Role and Responsibilities: - Recognising the manpower needs and taking them to the higher management for approval Creating job descriptions for various roles and advertising them on various platforms Managing HR activities like meetings, interviews, and other schedules Assisting the recruitment process by reviewing CV's and shortlisting candidates Managing and handling the orientation of new employees. Must have proven experience working as an HR recruiter or its equivalent. Experience of End-to-End recruitment and sourcing Having familiarity with the human resource software and applicant tracking system. Experienced with recruiting and its full cycle. Having leadership qualities and abilities. Strong communication skills Note :Freshers with good communication skills can come for interview.
