Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team in India. This entry-level role is ideal for freshers looking to kickstart their career in human resources and recruitment. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for candidates across various positions, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all applicants.

Responsibilities

Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) for effective recruitment management.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the organization and attract talent.
Provide feedback to candidates post-interview and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess candidates qualifications effectively.
Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
