We’re a leading player in the Technology & Software Services sector, delivering custom digital products and enterprise applications that drive innovation and operational excellence. Our teams collaborate closely with clients across multiple industries to exceed expectations in quality, performance, and scalability. We’re now looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end non-IT recruitment at our India locations, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent to fuel our growth.Role &Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for non-IT roles: draft JD’s, source candidates, conduct screenings, and manage offer negotiations.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, campus drives, and employee referrals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and decision criteria.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics in ATS/HRIS, generating regular reports for leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and diversity & inclusion best practices throughout the recruitment cycle.

Skills &Qualifications

Must-Have
  • 0–1 years of hands-on experience in full-lifecycle recruitment for non-IT positions.
  • Proven track record sourcing candidates via job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn) and campus/employee referral programs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with proficiency in ATS/HRIS management and hiring metrics.
  • Thorough knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance standards, and recruitment best practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment with multiple concurrent hiring needs.

Preferred

  • Experience recruiting for technology or engineering functions as a plus.
  • Prior exposure to employer branding initiatives and social-media recruitment campaigns.
